Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Our Sales Team at Acceptd uses Groove and we love it! We use it to streamline and simplify our outreach and communication with potential clients. We love being able to use Flows and keep track of where clients are in the process. There are so many customizable features and the integration with Salesforce and Gmail is amazing. The scheduling features alone makes it worth it!

  • Take potential clients through multi-stage processes automatically.
  • Track clients from organizations and opportunities as a whole.
  • Simplified training at the setup (there are so many good features that we are still just discovering).
  • We've had many clients schedule demos from the flows we've used, which have resulted in new sales!
The Support team always gets back to me, but sometimes it isn't the most detailed response at first, and it can take a while.

Groove is very helpful for salespeople who are doing outbound leads. We also use it to streamline our inbounds and keep track of where people are in the process. We also love the A/B testing feature that allows you to use multiple templates in the same flow and compare the results with one another.
