Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Being used by a department. Helps reach out to prospects and clients quickly and efficiently. Helps determine which clients we need to reach out to more frequently. can easily send multiple emails to clients with new software enhancements simultaneously.
  • Can track client readership information (can see who viewed my email).
  • Ability to send mass emails simultaneously.
  • Ability to see which clients are more active than others.
  • When copy pasting from another area into Groove, the font doesn't stay consistent.
  • Allows me to stay on track with my goals of keeping constant communication with my clients.
Groove actually links to Highspot, Gmail, and Salesforce, so that helps us significantly.
Any time I have an issue, the customer service reps are readily available to help resolve the problem.
Very simple and user friendly.

When onboarding new users, Groove allows me to send the same email to multiple people and U can create a flow of different emails to be sent out at different times. So, I can automate an email to be sent to the users once a week to continue to stay connected to them. This is great for users that are on trial for our products as well.
