Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is being used by the Inside Sales team, field reps, and customer service. It allows me to communicate with my clients in a fast and effective way. Using it to create templates and then manage my flows is definitely a time saver. It also helps me determine which clients need additional attention.
Pros
- Communicate to several clients at once.
- Able to organize flows so communication is staggered.
- The Analytics tool allows me to check the success of a flow and change it accordingly.
Cons
- I would like more training offered.
- No negative impact on my sales.
- I would say that 50% of my sales are as a result of my use of Groove.
Groove was selected by upper management but works seamlessly with Salesforce.
