Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used by the Inside Sales team, field reps, and customer service. It allows me to communicate with my clients in a fast and effective way. Using it to create templates and then manage my flows is definitely a time saver. It also helps me determine which clients need additional attention.

Pros

  • Communicate to several clients at once.
  • Able to organize flows so communication is staggered.
  • The Analytics tool allows me to check the success of a flow and change it accordingly.

Cons

  • I would like more training offered.
  • No negative impact on my sales.
  • I would say that 50% of my sales are as a result of my use of Groove.
Groove was selected by upper management but works seamlessly with Salesforce.

I use Groove every week to send out sales communication. It might be a specific promotion we have running or it may be as simple as a housekeeping request to clean up my data. I have 200 clients that I work with, and it ensures that each client is communicated with on a regular basis and allows me to set up email and call campaigns so as not to miss any sales opportunities.
