Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Our sales organization uses Groove to facilitate all outreach to customers—both prospective and existing. It is being used across the entire sales and customer success organizations. Groove seamlessly integrates with ZoomInfo and Salesforce which allows me as a salesperson to quickly upload contacts and send out personalized messages at scale.

  • Saves times from a prospecting standpoint against competitors like Outreach and Salesloft.
  • Duplicate flows can be difficult at times when sharing with team members
  • The interface is a little clunky—easy once the experience is there but time to competency is a little long.

  • More time for customization with outreach.
I have used Outreach and Groove has more seamless integrations that allow for increased productivity on tasks that really matter. Outreach has a better interface that is more intuitive.

Works very well for sales outreach and ongoing communication with customers. Groove does such a good job with integrating with other sales tools, Linkedin, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo that it allows for increased productivity and more time for prospecting.
