Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Prospecting is time consuming and Groove cuts down on that time by allowing us to automate our outreach with multi-step flows, incorporate tasks and call steps, and easily move contacts into new flows as needed.

I like to use Groove to automate my post-call and post-sale outreach as well. Groove connects with Salesforce and also includes a dialer option for calls, making tracking and prospecting faster. You can also create individual templates for one-off emails.
  • Manage campaigns effectively--Groove empowers you to improve campaigns and engagement with customers and grow more leads
  • Leverage sales insights--Groove has sales insights for call statistics, activity logs, and template performance
  • Lack of insight into what are the best days and times to send emails based on the data from my activity.
  • I would love to see an expansion on data metrics (how long did they view the email, did they click attachments)
  • The flows feature is great and allows sales reps to set up predefined cadences and emails. Overall it allows for more organization and time management from our sales reps.
  • Now our team can cover significantly more ground and make more sales because Groove has finally automated manual work that should have been gone years ago.
  • Groove is faster to reach more ROI than Hubspot sales hub and less expensive.
  • Groove has a better integration and deployment than Salesforce

Groove is a huge time saver. From customizations within a single flow, to automated reports pulling in from Salesforce into a recurring flow, this truly saves our team hours in their week. It also allows us to be more personal with our customers, which was hard to do in larger email campaigns. The dialer seems to have issues with connectivity sometimes, but honestly that feels like a small critique. It does get a little annoying having to reload the Groove dialer when it goes down.
