Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is currently being used with my company for email campaigns. It addresses sending out mass emails to our customers in our network. It is currently being used by our whole organization (to my understanding).

Pros

  • Track when someone opens an email.
  • Sending out an email at a set time.
  • Mass emailing.

Cons

  • None, I really enjoy it.
  • Emailing multiple people.
  • It has led to greater sales for me.
Very easy to use, I never find myself lost or confused.
I have not used any other product as successfully as Groove.
