Overall Satisfaction with Groove
In our department, we use Groove to communicate to our clients any product or platform news through flows. We also use templates to organize the different types of communications throughout the different stages of each project. We also share our calendar so that clients can set aside the space they need in our agenda.
- We can do different types of mailings
- Can tell if a template has had a good response
- Tasks and events can be organized from Google and synchronized with SF
- Cannot sync Google calendar tasks with Groove
- Some contacts cannot be included in the Flows because they are restricted from receiving communications with these tools.
