Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove when we begin working on new projects and initiatives and would like to announce them to all of our partner organizations! When your work territory spans across 5+ cities, and within each city there are 100+ contacts, Groove will help you effectively communicate to everyone and go as far as track the recipient's actions upon receiving your message. This allows you to work as efficiently as possible when mass-communicating.
Pros
- Mass email to a large number of contacts.
- Inform me of whether or not a contact is missing, no longer existing, and if they opened the email.
- Be very simple and straightforward to use.
Cons
- Be more flexible with manually inputting contacts to email.
- Being too reliant on Salesforce.
- Auto-filling names of people and company names in Groove flows
- being able to monitor responses of each contact in Groove flows.
- reusing and customizing Groove flows to increase work efficiency.
- Reduced the amount of time drafting emails.
- Reduced the amount of time sending emails.
- Reduced the amount of time following up and managing individual contacts after emails have been sent.
I have not used any other products like Groove before.
