Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used by the Sales department. We use it to reach out to hundreds of leads on a daily basis - automating a lot of the work we need to do but still being able to personalize quite a bit. To personalize we are able to embed videos, links, case studies, etc.
  • Analytics on opens, replies, link clicks.
  • Visibility on most engaged leads.
  • Able to prioritize actions - i.e. all calls due today.
  • I have noticed that it may be obvious that it's a template due to text font and colour on certain occasions.
  • Omnibar
  • Personalization
  • Analytics
  • Time costs - save an incredible amount of time.
  • Increase productivity - my tasks are laid out before me each morning.
It's very easy to use - very intuitive. I was never given any formal training on the tool because I really didn't need to do my basic job. The analytic side and all the extra sweet tricks required someone to walk me through but even then. - one walk through and I was comfortable using it myself. A very good UX.
If I didn't have Groove I would have to work 24 hours a day to do the type of outreach I do now. Hundreds of emails a day - constantly trying to track down who to call - these issues are solved through groove cutting that time down to just about nothing. The only time it takes is to actually call the people.

Well suited for a smaller sales organization like ours. The analytics for your prospects - especially seeing when someone opens your emails and who is most engaged with your content is really a game-changer for outreach. I can get notifications when certain people open emails and make my calls straight from Groove to them. The Groove Omnibar is a great feature as well especially for research on prospects before calls.
