Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used by the sales organization within Zego. We use it for workflow management of prospects. It solves the problem of managing time and takes the stress off staying organized with each prospect. It does this by giving me the ability to create templates and workflows that tell me when to reach out to clients and even does it for me at certain stages.

The product is very easy to use and is very self-explanatory.
I would say that I save about 3-5 hours per week from automating sales campaigns and not having to log each step manually. This allows me to divert my time to other activities around sales strategy.

Groove is an appropriate process for creating a workflow with a sales organization. It is less appropriate for non-client-facing organizations because it is largely prospect-driven.
