Overall Satisfaction with Groove

BDRs use Groove to outbound prospects. We have different "Flows" for each Persona we target. They can call and email from Groove which is great!

AEs use Groove to save templates for follow-ups and outreach. We also use the Persona Flows to outbound prospects.

The Marketing Team creates Flows for each lead source we have.

This all makes it really easy for everyone!
  • It's easy to create flows.
  • Very easy to collaborate on each flow.
  • I love having templates saved so I can send emails really easily.
  • Analytics would be helpful to understand the successes of outbound prospecting.
  • I'd love to be able to see what my BDRs are doing. Could I have access to view their emails/prospects?
  • I've had trouble with formatting issues. I wish it would just keep the formatting from Gmail.

It's super easy to use. Sometimes I'm using it and I don't even realize I'm using it. Such as sending a template from Gmail. I never leave Gmail so I forget I'm using Groove.

Groove is very easy to use. I don't need to go all over the product to find what I need. It's usually from the dashboard.
Hours and hours! In one way, it doesn't save me time since I just wouldn't do it if I needed to do it manually. So it's helping with data hygiene since lazy sales reps like myself wouldn't do it anyway. Otherwise, I save so much time each day by using Groove.
  • Outreach
Outreach is great. It does almost everything Groove does. Their analytics are better but there are more interesting than helpful. I love how Groove is embedded in Salesforce. It makes all the difference and I would never go back to Outreach because of it. Otherwise, the products are pretty similar.

Groove is great for outbound prospecting and for AEs. I'm sure there could be other ways to support Marketing. I'd suggest it for Inside Sales teams but I'm not sure who else would benefit from it. Marketing platforms such as HubSpot are still more powerful. But Groove is better than Outreach and Salesloft. I love how it's embedded in SFDC. Not sure if it works with other CRMs but SFDC owns the world so I'd just stick with them.
