It is used to make personalized messages to current restaurant partners. I use it for upcoming events, strategic communications, and scheduling meetings.

The only reason I would take it down a point is it is difficult to send a singular message. It always wants a flow.

Groove is well suited for multiple emails in a flow. It is great to pull out people who have responded for them not to be spammed with multiple messages. It is difficult at times to send without a flow and just a single email.
