Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Being used across the entire sales team to automate emails and keep reps on top of outreach. We know with certainty what stage each lead is at with groove and are able to monitor engagement (opened emails, etc).

- The colour scheme is too monochromatic.
- Sometimes formatting can appear different in the sent email than the preview.

Hard to say as I've used it since starting my job. To take one example of how I think it has helped is that I book usually 5-6 meetings a week using the scheduler. It is integrated with my CRM so a task is created. I would estimate a combination of time saved and convenience for my clients saves me at least 3 hours a week in emails/ calls to perform the same tasks.

It Was management's choice, however, I believe the initial issue was with adoption and integrations.
