Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Being used across the entire sales team to automate emails and keep reps on top of outreach. We know with certainty what stage each lead is at with groove and are able to monitor engagement (opened emails, etc).

  • Integration with Talk Desk/Gong.
  • The colour scheme is too monochromatic.
  • Sometimes formatting can appear different in the sent email than the preview.

Groove is extremely easy to use. One hour of training and I had all of the knowledge needed to use it in my role. The UI is extremely intuitive. The only issue I have is the monochromatic color scheme. Groove competitors I have seen have color-coded communication channels eg. LI is blue, calls are green, Email red, etc. It's not a deal-breaker but I think would improve the user experience.

It Was management's choice, however, I believe the initial issue was with adoption and integrations.

For high volume outreach groove works extremely well. For more targeted or small volume email campaigns groove does not have the functionality to eg. have the option to make the first email custom and the rest follow a template.
