Overall Satisfaction with Groove

- Log on Salesforce all communications - Track email and amount of times being read - Track and send email templates - Reminders I know I could learn more and do more through Groove, in my plans!

  • A broader set of possibilities (auto-correct in emails like Grammarly, suggestions on email templates).
  • More integrated overall with Gmail to make it a seamless experience (already is but there is room for improvement).
  • More content on how to write powerful emails.

  • Increase productivity by lessening the time spent on sending emails that could have been templates.
  • Reminders allow us to remain loyal to our client duties, commitments.

Groove allows to make emails more insightful, with more information than just words, allow to cross-reference communications on different other channels and software like Gmail or Salesforce with its smooth integration. Though, logging in to Salesforce should be really fastened as it takes 10-15seconds when it could be logged automatically. The time gained from Groove really does make up for those seconds spent logging in to Salesforce which provides then visibility to the entire customer-facing teams interacting with the customer, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
I never really used add-ons on Gmail as I relied only on Gmail to provide me with the tools I needed to organise my email inbox, I was wrong. Groove provides the clarity I need and allows me to report on my work and all the little things of every day that we do with clients that will be visible to anyone in the company thanks to the previously mentioned integrations available.
