- I wish you could use the insert a time calendar feature from the email view in flows.
- Sometimes groove doesn't sync perfectly to Salesforce.
- I wish you could import individual contacts into a flow, one at a time, without doing so through a Salesforce report or list view.
- Creating flows is helpful to keep up with general outreach efforts.
- Workspaces is great to collaborate with account managers and company leaders.
- The hotlist feature enables strategic targeting of the most engaged contacts in your flows and spaces.
- Groove has allowed us to target key customers and accounts.
- Groove has also increased the productivity of the SDRs and the Account Managers.
- Groove enables us to track the effectiveness of different messaging and outreach strategies, which has also increased sales while decreasing time spent on outreach.
