Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove has really helped our business solve our issues with scheduling. We are now able to create different types of links for different time frames so our clients can easily book meetings with us.

Pros

  • Creating links.
  • Connecting Zoom.
  • Selecting your calendar availability.

Cons

  • We have to sign in to Groove each week to update the links.
  • Custom meetings types.
  • Automatically be signed in/logged in to Groove.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Greater customer satisfaction.
I think that Groove's overall usability is pretty great. It's fairly simple to use, but I believe it could be a bit easier to sift through.
Groove is really helpful for all of our meeting types as opposed to Gong which we did attempt to use in the past.
