Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove when prospecting contacts into cadences and working out of it daily when making calls and emails.
  • Calling/emailing.
  • Logging.
  • Organizing outreach.
  • Linkedin integration.
  • Load times.
  • Interface.
  • Groove Flows.
  • Templates.
  • With Groove, I can make 30-50 calls in an hour. Without it, I can do 20-30 calls in an hour.
  • Prospects are put in flows which allows me to reach out in a timely manner without calling them too much.
  • Templates save me from writing each email, or copy/pasting from a template collection
Very usable! I wish they added a few things, but it is overall very usable for sales professionals.
It saves me a ton of time, a rough estimation might be 8-10 hours a week. Pretty good.
I did not have a hand in the selection of Groove, nor have I seen any other sales enablement products.

It is good for mass emails and calling a ton of people in a short amount of time.
