Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Being in sales involves a lot of cold calling. Think about making the same phone call 500 times. It becomes tedious. As a sales executive without a SDR to make the discovery calls for me, I rely on other methods to expedite and condense my cold sales efforts. The best part of groove is the ability to send mass e-mails to my clients that is personalized. I like it so much more than software like outreach. It is much more seamless and the user experience is incredible.

The UX/UI/CX is incredible. If you're doing what I used to do and vetting software as an implementation manager/ project manager - I highly recommend it. I learned the entire platform in about 20 minutes and the salesforce integration was incredible. It is so much easier than so many other companies that I've used for mass e-mails due to the CSV upload.
It blows competitors out of the park! The SFDC integration is so unbelievably incredible. I've implemented a lot of software over the years and continuously groove floors them in comparison.

Well suited: A company that wants to improve churn, sales, retention, etc. For example, it would be great for my old company that I worked for which was an insurance company. We wanted to send out e-mails during the 1st week, 3 months, 6 months, and annual. It would have saved me HOURS back then, and I was only a retention specialist - not sales. Now in sales, it keeps me accountable for my cold calling/e-mailing Not well suited: A SMB catering company,
