Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is very easy for us to use and increases our ability to communicate with our clients as well as within the organization. Sending out emails and tracking emails is so easy to do with groove. The ability also to use templates for our emails drives up productivity. We love Groove!

How user-friendly it is. Groove can connect with your CRM (Salesforce); you can also connect with LinkedIn SN and include different tactics in your flows. All-in-one approach for your sales activities. Groove can be instrumental in assisting you with your pipeline management as well! The features are irreplaceable to our organization!
I really love how great the interface is and the synchronization with our Salesforce CRM to access information and log calls. The ability to schedule calls is one of my favorite features. The notifications I get when people read my emails and the reminders it provides for setting calls are great as well. Data entry is automatic and so easy to let groove do! Automated actions such as adding people to other flows if they open emails more than once.
Groove doesn't compare to any other products we have used and its functionality and data entry is far above any competitor! Without Groove day business would not be the same!

Groove is very well suited for client communication. Over the phone and texting capabilities as well as email clients. It is so easy to use on a daily basis and keeps our business going strong! Groove could have better phone capabilities but it still replaces having an office phone for my co-workers.
