Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove for all of our client outreach, emails, calls, calendar invites, etc. It organizes our messaging, integrated with our CSM, and helps us to see what prospects are engaging with our outreach. We use the Groove plugin to update Salesforce data, track emails, schedule flows, and follow up directly within the platforms we already use like Gmail.

I probably save 10 hours a week by using Groove rather than trying to do all things by hand. When I first started with the org, we were using MailChimp and calendar reminders to organize and Groove is a huge improvement over that. Still, quite a bit to be improved as I mentioned, but overall it saves a ton of time and energy.
- Outreach
I prefer Outreach, but the choice was not up to me. Whoever sold us Groove over Outreach must have been one heck of a salesperson, because it's not as good from my experience. If I had a choice I would choose Outreach just because I feel like it was much easier for me to use and I didn't have as many issues with the dialer and tracks as I do with Groove.
