Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Personally, we use Groove to help schedule meetings with individuals. Our calendars are linked and correlated. We speak with potential students who are interested in our program and Groove makes it incredibly easy to allow individuals to schedule with us and they also get a reminder on their end (making it easier for individuals to remember we are calling them as well).

I love how easy it is to use Groove. I do with that I knew more about all of the features at my disposal. I learned about email templates from a colleague recently and it changed my work life but if it weren't for him, I probably would not know about it. I would like to see a better overview of all the features available and what they are helpful for in my work.

They are both great platforms! I do really enjoy Groove's connections. I think they are more seamless than others. Very easy to use.

Groove has been incredibly beneficial to me in my day to day workplace environment. By far, my favorite feature has been creating email templates for future use. There are many emails that I send frequently and having easy and quick resources at my disposal is always something I find beneficial. Using these templates and the different folders used to organize them all has been something I now cannot live without. I will consider this in future careers as well. I want as much easy when working and Groove makes that easy and fun!
