Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to organize and drive the sales process. I use it to organize and sort target lists for certain products that I sell and share those lists with my internal partners and leaders. It is also used for touchpoint suggestions for specific lists and tips on the outreach. It addresses the business problem of disorganization in tracking the steps of the sales process (first touchpoint, when to follow up, and with what messaging to follow up with).

  • Saves a lot of time that I would be otherwise inputting data into excel or manually sharing and sending to my internal parters

I give it a 9 for overall usability because it is very easily integrated with our sales CRM, allowing me to migrate lists from Salesforce to Groove. It is also very turnkey and will enable me to customize lists with the information I need. It is much more productive than entering all the data into excel and then making separate excel files to share internally.
I save at least a few hours per week with Groove's automation. It saves time not only with exporting data but with sales campaigns. For example, I know when to perform the next touchpoint in the sales process, what that touch will be, AND I have a voicemail template or email template ready. This saves a lot of time that I can use elsewhere.

Groove is very well-suited to organize your sales process and outreach steps strategically. It helps you get to the goal of setting a meeting with a client, prospect, or COI by providing email templates, talk tracks, and timing for when to do each touchpoint. It is also great to know when your target opened your email and their engagement with it so that you know when it is appropriate to follow up again.
