Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove to organize and drive the sales process. I use it to organize and sort target lists for certain products that I sell and share those lists with my internal partners and leaders. It is also used for touchpoint suggestions for specific lists and tips on the outreach. It addresses the business problem of disorganization in tracking the steps of the sales process (first touchpoint, when to follow up, and with what messaging to follow up with).

- It shows the prospect/target opened the email when it was either me or someone internally at my company
- Easier to pause or stop "flows"
- Shared flows and spaces with partners/leaders
- Integration with our CRM, Salesforce
- Suggested templates for voicemails, calls, and emails
- Customizable lists
- Saves a lot of time that I would be otherwise inputting data into excel or manually sharing and sending to my internal parters
- Increased consumer insights with the ability to see their engagement with our emails
