Overall Satisfaction with Groove

As a global strategic account manager, I manage 20+ global clients with offices that touch every part of the world. Knowing where people are and when they are engaging with my outreach is crucial to staying top of mind. In addition, knowing if these folks are sharing my outreach and where and with who is equally as crucial. It is like having someone working for/with me.

I can see the Groove suite of tools being very helpful for new business/development folks. Monitoring if folks are ghosting or not. Are they sharing my outreach or is it dying on the vine so to speak? I would like more metrics as I have mentioned previously. More data!!
