Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We used Groove as a sales tool for attaching emails to activities in Salesforce. Managers could track conversations with prospects and see the type and number of touches before a sale. We also used it as a meeting scheduler and for managing email templates that could be sent from Gmail or Salesforce.

  • It was very easy to implement,
Installation was as easy as installing a Chrome extension. Very intuitive interface for searching Salesforce records in Gmail and attaching an email or scheduling a call.
