Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Prior to using Groove, we were facing a lack on real-time data on emails and prospect outreach, no friendly dashboard to navigate, and no tracking campaigns (flows); which left us with the lowest success rate in reaching prospects – outreach takes time and effort to maintain.

Groove has allowed our Sales Team to become more sophisticated, more accurate, and highly energized on how to handle outbound sales – for our Sales Team, Groove has been extremely resourceful.
  • Notifications (opened, clicked, replied, unopened) give us measurable results on outbound communication
  • Dashboards (activity & pipeline) give us planning solutions on future flows (campaigns)
  • Tasks give us plans of action which were timely, realistic and positive
  • Would like more training videos to use Groove fullest potential.
  • Nice to have a template library where we can grab any template and personalized it with a persuasive message.
  • Would like to have a "Help Button" that gives us some tips on using the product, some features of Groove are underutilized because we did not have the proper training.

  • Groove has allowed our Sales Team to concentrate in activities (tasks) with the greatest return.
  • Our flows (campaigns) + templates, were very effective in overcoming objections using appeal information to prospects.
Groove is truly user-friendly, highly intuitive and makes our daily tasks a bit more easy. Its seamless integration with SFDC, Gmail and Google Calendar makes very easy to execute daily sales outreach activities. Certainly, Groove helped our Sales Team to be consistent, dependable, and accurate in carrying our our daily sales tasks.
On average, 2-3 hours per day.
Groove has a better tracking feature plus the sync with SFDC is even better.

From my perspective: Pipeline Performance, which has helped me to effectively prioritize daily and weekly activities are quite resourceful, and Notifications, which has allowed me to concentrate on prospects with the greatest touchpoints. On the other side, I have had some issues with creating Tasks - or syncing them to SFDC.
