Prior to using Groove, we were facing a lack on real-time data on emails and prospect outreach, no friendly dashboard to navigate, and no tracking campaigns (flows); which left us with the lowest success rate in reaching prospects – outreach takes time and effort to maintain.

- Nice to have a template library where we can grab any template and personalized it with a persuasive message.
- Would like to have a "Help Button" that gives us some tips on using the product, some features of Groove are underutilized because we did not have the proper training.
