Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use groove to help with outbound engagement with prospects or existing customers. It is helping us build templates and sequences that will automate touches for our email, linkedin, or phone outreach.

  • Building multi step sequences (flows)
  • Automating deliveries
  • Tracking clicks and open
  • Integrations are limited. No integrations with ZoomInfo or Linkedin.
  • I do not know if an email has been forwarded.

  • Saves huge amounts of time sending out individual emails
  • Tracking opens and clicks allows allows us to see level of engagement of prospects viewing emails.
The features has met all of our needs. However what would beneficial is if it had the ability to track emails that has been forwarded and attachments being open.
