Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I utilize Groove for call management and outreach as a part of my daily responsibilities. It helps me stay organized and ensure I am on top of my game when reaching out to clients. Creating templates, sending reminders, and sharing among my colleagues are only a few of the capabilities that help me be efficient.
Pros
- Organization- allowing me to break down my outreach by groups and save templates is very helpful.
- Allowing me to see when a client opens an email allows me to stay on top of my game.
- Sending me notifications daily to my inbox helps ensure me that I never miss a beat.
Cons
- I wish that I could see the last time that I contacted someone... ex, I don't always do my Groove flows on the exact day they are scheduled for so I would like to see how long it has been since I last contacted someone before I email the again.
