Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove primarily as our Sales Engagement tool at Owl Labs to help track our activity across the sales team. We also lean heavily on the scheduling tool, and email sequencing feature called Flows. In the past, we have used other sales activity tracking tools and had some major gaps that lead us to lack confidence in our data. Now we feel like the activity that is reflected in Salesforce is accurate and reliable.

I think Mixmax is a comparable tool and offers a lot of great features, but Groove really stood out to me 1. In their support and curiosity during the sales process and 2. In their Salesforce integration and the ease & visibility that the integration provides for reporting. Upon installing Groove, there is a whole suite of reports that are automatically created for you. We've modified them slightly to fit the needs of our org, but having the outlines and examples of what type of reporting is possible was exciting.
