Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove primarily as our Sales Engagement tool at Owl Labs to help track our activity across the sales team. We also lean heavily on the scheduling tool, and email sequencing feature called Flows. In the past, we have used other sales activity tracking tools and had some major gaps that lead us to lack confidence in our data. Now we feel like the activity that is reflected in Salesforce is accurate and reliable.

Groove is very simple to use. I feel confident that even if I can't figure something out on my own by clicking around (I usually can), their knowledge base is terrific and I can typically find my answer there. If I need to chat through a bigger-picture scenario with someone, our customer success manager and implementation team have also been terrific and knowledgeable. I think the Omni Bar feature is very user-friendly in that we can customize what fields appear. It's not too cluttered but has enough information to be useful.
I think Mixmax is a comparable tool and offers a lot of great features, but Groove really stood out to me 1. In their support and curiosity during the sales process and 2. In their Salesforce integration and the ease & visibility that the integration provides for reporting. Upon installing Groove, there is a whole suite of reports that are automatically created for you. We've modified them slightly to fit the needs of our org, but having the outlines and examples of what type of reporting is possible was exciting.

Groove is a sophisticated tool but it's not a complicated tool. It has been easy to implement, adjust, and train the team on how to be successful. We have a 100% adoption rate across our team and it's one of the few tools that I feel consistently excited about. Since implementing Groove less than a year ago, we've already seen major improvements and iterations on their product that have saved our sales team time. One example is if someone is cc'ed on an email and they are not yet a record in our Salesforce, folks can now click one button and create a Lead or Contact record. For the scheduling feature, our team has used Hubspot calendar tools (send a link to your calendar and customers can choose any time) and Salesforce Inbox scheduling tools (send the customer a few options of times to select). Both were useful, but we always wished we had the option depending on the use case. With Groove, reps choose either type of schedule we'd like at any time. It seems like a simple feature, but for us, it has been really important to have that kind of flexibility.
