Through this platform, it helps us make sure that we can easily communicate with our clients not just through email but phone calls as well. Overall, this is a great experience since it also has user friendly interface which makes it easier to reach out and reply to customers whenever they have questions.
  • Automation of sending emails - this makes communicating through customers easier since we can easily contact them not just through a phone call but with email as well
  • Great job with Customer service. Issues are addressed as soon as possible and there's always an update regarding its status
  • Does a great job with administrating the Salesforce extension
  • Somehow, it would be great if the interface for customer support is easier access since Groove somehow comes with convenience
  • It would be great if Groove can be linked to another campaign so minimal modification is needed whenever there's update in the tools permission
  • It's sometimes challenging to create and track down notes since there are times where it is confusing and hard to navigate
Groove is a great help with sending email through customers since the email thread can be easily accessed not just by the current employee who handles the salesforce account but also the next user who will access it. Sometimes, it is less appropriate because there's too much of everything where you are about to do a simple task. For example, you will need to press multiple keys just to get through the send email interface
  • Convenient way of sending emails to salesforce account and customers since there is no need to open a another website/tab just to do the same task
  • Easier to track notes since it is saved in the account with automation so it can be easily reviewed
  • User Interface which is multi-task friendly. While in sales force, groove gives the access to read email threads as well as check the timestamps per response which overall makes it more efficient when responding to one
  • It gives the privilege of receiving updates whenever our emails are reviewed and if a response was sent which somehow give us a reminder on a very buys day
  • Its a jack of all trades type of extension since it would allow us to manage accounts while sending actual emails to customers
  • It has a feature where we can review the account in salesforce and respond to the email on the same page which is more convenient and savvy specially for customers who are also busy most of the time
I like to give it a 10 but there should always have room for improvement. So far very minimal miss on the extension since it gives nothing but convenience and easier communication with customers as well as relaying information to the people under the same company. This actually makes our overall productivity efficient

Each one of them is actually a sales personnel who also uses groove as well to communicate not just internally but with the customers as well. And on our end, we use it to partner with business managers from other region and communicate internally to make sure that everything is calibrated
We handle different type of concerns such as client success management, sales, customer support, managers, and leaders. Although we support different fields per team, we use groove not just to communicate with customers but also to monitor all of the emails that are being sent by our business. With this, we ensure that both external and internal emails are utilized professionally
  • Email messages monitoring
  • Customer communication
  • Faster interaction between employee and customer
  • I never imagined that communicating with customers' personal email through CRM is possible
  • Notifications when sent emails are accessed for monitoring purposes
  • Sending text messages to customers and clients
  • Monitoring account activities
  • Receiving notifications whenever customers try to communicate
I actually don't have any complaint regarding groove. It's just that I will give 9 since I confidently believe that there'd be updates in the future which would be more optimal not just for us users but for the business as well. The only regret I have with groove is I was not able to use it before the current company that I'm employed.

  • Ease of Use
Email utilization. Sending and opening emails has been more efficient with the help of Groove. Not just that, but with this feature, we dont need to open our work email in order to communicate and contact customers which is more efficient since we can directly use it together with our CRM

I use Groove daily within my organization. I start my day by checking my email to see my "Tasks" for the day and also shows me my results from the prior day. In addition, it shows me exactly who opened my emails, from what company and their email. Upon checking that I get into the tool and it shows me exactly what must be done that day wether its calls, emails, linkedin steps, whatever. As a BDR this is very helpful to know what must be done for the day and it is very easy to follow and I always know what I must do.
  • Very easy to log in and see what is due that day
  • Love how easy it is to see my activity for the day, week, month, etc
  • Shows prior engagement with the prospect you're reaching out to
  • Very easy to make calls straight from the application
  • I tend to get an error message every once in a while which completely shuts me off from using Groove
Without Groove I wouldn't be able to do my day to day. It shows exactly what is due for the day and it is very easy to put contacts into your flows.
  • Analytics
  • Calling
  • Automated emails
  • Increase productivity
  • Easier to get in touch with prospects based off flow steps
  • Overall win/meeting rate
Groove is very easy to navigate and I think its a very easy tool to maneuver and understand. Before Origami, I had no prior experience with Groove and it took me 1-2 days to learn it and catch on.
  • Outreach
Before Groove I used Outreach at my last organization and think the tools are pretty similar. I will say I like the flow steps better in Groove and the analytics are better to me. The design also looks nicer on Groove.

I utilize Groove for call management and outreach as a part of my daily responsibilities. It helps me stay organized and ensure I am on top of my game when reaching out to clients. Creating templates, sending reminders, and sharing among my colleagues are only a few of the capabilities that help me be efficient.
  • Organization- allowing me to break down my outreach by groups and save templates is very helpful.
  • Allowing me to see when a client opens an email allows me to stay on top of my game.
  • Sending me notifications daily to my inbox helps ensure me that I never miss a beat.
  • I wish that I could see the last time that I contacted someone... ex, I don't always do my Groove flows on the exact day they are scheduled for so I would like to see how long it has been since I last contacted someone before I email the again.
It is well suited for daily use- allowing me to not only be reminded of tasks but be super-efficient in being able to send out 50 emails very quickly or automate my emails as well as a superior feature. I think it is less appropriate when you are trying to one-off send an email to someone that's not in a template.
  • Automation
  • Read receipts
  • saving templates
  • Increased productivity- I send emails in a fraction of the time it would have taken me otherwise.
It is clean and easy to use, and has a simple UI. Sometimes formatting is a little off on templates but nothing major that isn't fixable.
N/A, I haven't used any other platform.

I use Groove for sales outbound email campaigns, scheduling features, and G-Suite plug-in as follow-up email reminders.
  • Email campaign
  • Calendar link features
  • Email plug-in
  • Email template sharing
  • Analytics
  • Email plug-in often disconnects and I have to refresh my Gmail
  • It would be great if I can create a flow and share it with my SDR and ISR team that are also working on the outbound marketing campaigns in the same account. Right now, I can only share my template folder and not my flow.
Great for outbound email campaigns and ABM sales and marketing.
  • Sales outbound engagement via SFDC integration.
  • Shared scheduling link for multiple participants availability saves time and books appointments faster.
  • Most effective email campaigns can be measured and duplicated across the sales organization.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Faster sales cycle.
  • Reduce administrative tasks so sales can focus on sales activity.
  • Future email feature enables sales to prepare outbound weeks in advance.
Groove is a great time-saving platform that's easy to use.
Groove is the best sales enablement tool I've ever used. The email campaigns, scheduling, and automated features are the most impactful for my role as an enterprise strategic account executive role.
