Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove allows me to create templates for common emails that need to be sent. This makes for much more efficient and quicker outreaches and houses numerous templates for various cases that can easily be accessed through the integrated Groove icon in Gmails email tab. The ability to use booking links to send to customers in order for them to schedule calls makes call management easier as well as being able to set buffer times for calls so as not to back up multiple calls one after the other provides me with time management and task allocate better!

  • If I copy and paste a drafted email from Word to Groove that includes bullet points when using that email in Gmail the bullet points have construed spacing.

It's usability is simple and easy to navigate and I do not find any drawbacks when using it.
I save about 30 minutes - 1 hour of time over the course of a week due to having easy access to email templates. This proves extremely valuable in my role, especially during deadline-driven periods when mass communication needs to be sent out.

Groove is really well suited for customer-centric roles as it mitigates the effort and time used for multiple outreaches or having to retype emails or having to draft emails. I enjoy the ability to create folders as well so perhaps some emails need to be tailored for a particular period of time but the context of the email must remain the same, creating folders and having quick access to them is a dream when having to reach out to large groups of emails.
