Prospecting emails to prospective customers. Groove organizes the outreach strategy and provides a scheduled follow-up strategy.
Ensures you are not contacting the same individuals you have tried to connect with in the past. Allow the user to see if the recipient has opened the emails that were sent to see who might be interested.

Very easy to use and understand. The platform is user friendly to navigate and customize. It should be a key tool for any sales professional that wanted to organize their outreach to a large audience. Flows are easy to create and customize your messaging for consistency to customer in different industries.

Groove is perfect to organize your outreach when prospecting in a sales/account executive role. It works very well when having a large outreach to a large territory. It helps to organize your outreach and avoid duplication. It also allows you to removed exhausted outreach contacts and add new ones at the same company. Groove would not be as useful when dealing with a book of business with 10 companies or less.
