Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to manage my daily/weekly sales prospecting efforts. Prospecting often takes 10-15 touches before I've got a prospect's attention. Groove keeps organized & consistent with my outreach efforts. The functionality of Groove allows me to quickly complete emails & calls.

  • Make email text boxes larger so it's easier to edit.
  • Prospecting organization.
  • Analytics (who's opening touches).
  • Averaged 1 more additional first meeting.
  • Open rates were 20% higher than other outreach tools.
Functionality makes prospecting quick & organized. Allowed me to quickly build out email templates, complete activities, and good integrations with Salesforce & Gong.
Utilizing Engage (this may be an internal tool) & Seismic Live Send. Seismic Live Send overs similar tracking. I've just found very low response rate/email opens from the tool vs. Groove. The only advantage Seismic had was quick access to all of our internal marketing that could be attached & their text boxes were larger & easier to edit.

Well suite for ongoing prospecting efforts, improving number of touches completed by sales reps, tracking of touches, and responses rates. I also liked the integrations with Gong & Salesforce.
