Groove helps us in making sure that our restaurant partner received the emails that we send to them and securing an assurance that they have the information that we need them to know. And as we are part of the acquisition team knowing that the targeted restaurant partner is opening the email that we send it means there is an interest, that is the perfect time to call them and penetrate a sales pitch. It is like Groove opens a shallow window on the part of our sales journey.

Groove boost my productivity, my day to day workload has been notified in no time. It is integrated to our main tool which is Salesforce and it is usable because it has a lot of features to offer. I would love to know more improvements and integrations in the future.
