Overall Satisfaction with Groove

What do I like with Groove? it helps me to track all the emails that I sent to my clients and be reminded. I love it when I receive a notifications every time my clients open or viewed the email that I send to them and also, the interface itself it's very user friendly as person who's not tech-savvy I can say it's very easy to use by that I can finish my task in a short period time.

We love the auto-logging of emails to Salesforce.com. It's a very easy tool to set up and deploy. Groove allows me to do my task diligently and effectively. I can accomplish so much more in a day because of Groove and I can saved the templates that I used to reached everybody.
before I only used Google Calendar as reminder on the clients or emails that I need to get back on but sometimes I still overlooked those task that I need to do but with Groove it really made an outstanding specially the auto-logging emails I don't need to manually set it up because it's auto-sync on Salesforce.

Groove is well suited as part of your communications. all the emails and task that you need to do for the day, Groove allows me to do it without consuming my time by that I can still do my other tasks that is assigned to me. it's kind of my reminder to follow up on the clients that I've sent an email to.
