Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove on a daily basis for prospecting, appointment setting, and account managment. Groove helps tracking and measuring to my personal KPIs.

Pros

  • Intergrates seamlessly with Salesforce
  • Allows me to measure KPIs on a daily basis
  • Keeps me organized and on cadence with my prospects

Cons

  • Notifications could be more timely
  • Doesn't separate opened emails from unread
  • It doesn't neccessarily help me sell, though it does keep me organized
  • Templates
  • Prospecting
  • Salesforce integration
  • Reduced need to internal input into salesforce
  • Improves cadence managment
  • Helps in KPis
Groove is very easy to use
Groove can be used by individual contributers rather than only marketing.
