Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is a sales platform that automates administrative tasks and makes Salesforce easy to access and update from everywhere a seller works, it provides smarter strategies in more adaptive ways.

Pros

  • Integrates well with Gmail
  • Ability to communicate well directly through Groove
  • Logging and synchronizing all the activities
  • Meeting scheduler that can be customized
  • log activities in Salesforce

Cons

  • The calendar scheduler oftentimes doesn't include a phone number on the meeting invite
  • A way to Recall emails in case of an email correction
  • Sometimes its tough to understand if the tracking counts our own company domains also. If there is a breakup of the views it will be helpful
  • Time management
  • Book meetings between customers and multiple teammates
  • Helps us to eliminate non-interested prospects faster.
  • More productivity
  • accurate data
You can easily create templates and you can also select specific target audiences, As well a big plus to schedule when to send the emails.
It's an amazing tool to connect with the team .

I can create many templates and i can send them to a huge number of clients which really help me in time saving. In addition to that i can track who opened the email and from where. so I can easily target audiences while working with experimental products.However, Sometimes the Salesforce integration is glitchy and it's hard to diagnose why. Would love a better diagnostic feature here.
