Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is the tool we use to track email sent to our customers. It allows us to see the history of the correspondence which makes it easier for us to accurately make decisions and how we can position our pitch. It makes the customers feel confident with our service since the information we are providing is consistent and personalized.

Groove is easy to use. It does not require complex skills to navigate. It can be used with a click of a few buttons and it is already setup. This user friendliness of the tool makes it more attractive for business and corporate setting for improved productivity. As a result, higher profitability for the business.

Groove is specifically suited for tracking emails. It allows me to see in the sales tool the correspondence sent to customers so I can review them without going to my inbox. In doing so, the work done is more efficient and at the same time accurate. It is not suited when the interaction is being done over the phone.
