Overall Satisfaction with Guru
Our organization uses Guru as a large database of knowledge. Every employee uses it on a daily basis, to access vital information regarding specific work cases or as a refreshes of knowledge on each and every subject related to our work. It is the first line of support for cases where we need confirmation or to simply double check specific work flows. This means a lot of stress is taken off the shoulders of the SME's/TL's and helps with streamlining our work.
- Ease of access to vital information
- Ease of use when managing pages
- Well organized page layout
- Extension into other apps
- Some pages should be easier to find
- Improve the search bar algorithm
- Ease of use
- Ease of navigation
- Third party app connection
- Not a business owner so I cannot offer numbers but I am sure it has helped overall with work efficiency.
Compared to Confluence by Atlassian I can say there are quite similar but I have enjoyed my time more while using Guru. They both offer a well designed interface, ease of use and ease of access to its content, third party apps integration and the browser extension which further helps with improving your workflow. While Confluence is a more established platform, Guru is a newer and, in my opinion, easier to use platform. In this day and age, speed is a major factor contributing to the satisfaction of your customers.
