Overall Satisfaction with Guru
In order to enable our support teams, we use Guru to document processes across Operations org and in my role, I have to ensure Guru cards are set up properly ahead of a launch.
- Easy search of keywords on relevant cards
- Good UI to integrate with our Zendesk system
- Better integration with other repository systems like Confluence
- Card views
Guru is great for a support based ticket teams to manage their knowledge base vs. Confluence that are less interactive
