We use it for internal Wiki, Knowledge base, processes, and workflows.

We use Slack integration
  • Keeps our processes easy to follow
  • Keeps the team collaboration and connections going and on track
  • Keeps team engaged and with Slack integrations it is much easier
  • Text editor or wysiwyg need some improvements
  • Some formatting issues with copy and paste and limitation (indentations of paragraphs etc..)
  • While you can create cards in multiple boards, it is confusing sometimes (best to reference cards to other boards than have them in many boards
  • Moving cards or sharing them with other Collections (while you can point to another collection, sometimes no permission for the team with that collection).

  • Collaboration with the team and acknowledgement of read content

  • Yes, it provided good ROI as we used it daily

I have used other software (wiki), including Confluence, Guru is very easy to pick up and go with and start.
It is easy to organize and update and it has good collaboration while not full features but it does the job well for the price.
It works well for SMBs, not sure about enterprises, I think Confluence is better suited.
