Guru is like a bible of our operations. There it can find the process to use in different scenarios. Once it has need of updates, the Guru administrator will update the Guru immediately.

When I was processing an additional usage fee, there in Guru, it has all things that I needed, the macro to use to send both our Guest and Host, the internal notes to used for both Guest and Host. The guide to use on any different scenario
