Overall Satisfaction with Guru
Guru is our single source of truth for our internal product wiki, to house all of our products technical, and GTM teams questions. This alleviates a huge burden of relying on slack/email to answer all internal teams questions. For every product launch, we create an overview card that links to all external trainings/resources, and also do an extensive FAQ section to ensure all teams are equipped with the latest and most accurate information for our quickly evolving product.
Guru is also used as an enablement tool, to help the sales, and customer success teams onboard. It is our central hub for competitive intelligence as well.
Lastly, our people operations team uses Guru to keep track of all important ELT announcements/org changes, to help new employees quickly onboard and find company policies, benefit packages, etc.
My company uses Guru for everything, we even have created emojis for "did you guru that?" when someone asks a question that is easily found in Guru. I love Guru, I don't know how we did it before Guru.

- Guru allows for us to quickly organize important GTM Launch information for any team to access.
- Guru enables our GTM teams with the latest on pricing, competitive intel, etc.
Cons
- Flexibility in the structure of each collection, we could use the ability to have more or less folders depending on the nature of the information for each department
- The ability to archive a collection would be amazing!
- The ability to export data for historical reference before deleting a collection.
