Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru helps to provide Solution to players regarding In-game issues, Troubleshooting Steps while stuck on games and support player, Guru is the key for the [...] for supporting players. I am expecting from Guru including In-game support also support how to investigate the things and implemented through draft to Email and send to players who can easily solve the probemls and player can easily enjoying the game.

Instant solution, Instant search, Search through keywords, also helping troubleshooting steps, In Guru from my points of view like how to draft a email , what steps or points are included so that player will understand and enjoying the game as usual. Like social Club issues. Vehicle lost cases, In-game issue like heist etc.
