We use it in combination with Loom. Guru cards host the video, then link to any resources shown in the video, and then contain the list of instructions/steps shown in the video

- Nice folder structure
- Periodic documentation review reminders
Cons
- Guru should have their own screen recording software to make documentation easier
- This screen recording software should automatically generate Guru cards from the transcription of the video
- Making it easy to create and find documentation makes it easy for people to cover for others when people are OOO or when they leave the company. It also makes onboarding easier so new employees can start being productive sooner
