We use Guru as our main tool where in all of our processes can be found. The app covers almost all of our processes so our agents can use it in guiding them in processing our clients requests and answer all their queries. The app also contains general information of our partners suppliers and their contact information . Overall Guru is a one stop shop for us, saving time and assures quality of our services

- I believe Guru is very good in terms of it can be modified and caters to our needs the best possible way.
- The vast functionality if offers is truly exceptional.
- Its feature where in it can be personalized by individual users is also commendable.
Cons
- Aesthetically, if they can offer the individual users to personalized the actual look of the app to reflect their personalities would be really good addition.
- Recognition of the contributors, frequent users and any possible awards can be posted.
- To add auto sorting of topics.
- Our Service Level Agreement with our clients has improved with Guru as our agents has accessed to whatever guidance they need to address our clients concern.
