Overall Satisfaction with Guru

In my organization, Guru is used as knowledge base and development tool for improving quality in our workflow

Pros

  • AI functionality to summarise answers
  • Great visual simplicity for collections of articles
  • Added functionalities like card approvals

Cons

  • Table of contents in articles
  • Profile pages of writers are showing simple information only
  • Increasing quality review
  • Process developments for users
I love Guru's usability as a direct user, the only thing I do not particularly enjoy are table of contents, I find these a little difficult to navigate currently

Simplicity of use and collections that are well managed by admins in my organization, in addition to a great platform, we can find an AI that is able to summarise articles and find answers
