Overall Satisfaction with Guru

It can be difficult to maintain a knowledge base for company information and workflows in a way that's easy to access and navigate. Guru makes this very easy to do.

Pros

  • Search Feature
  • Easy to update knowledge
  • The Chrome extension makes it very easy to access

Cons

  • Navigation bar
  • Having internal vs. external cards
  • Decreases the amount of time it takes to respond to customer support inquiries
  • Makes it less frustrating to find and track down knowledge
  • It improves collaboration by being able to send and share Guru cards.
It's extremely usable and integrates well into your browser.
