Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Our organization uses Guru to store trainings and information articles, talk tracks, and battle cards on our competitors. We are trying to move all of this information from our internal documents to Guru so that we all have access to the same documents. We also use it to store client facing information and talk tracks on our new products.

Cons

  • Search function
  • collections is a little clunky
It is good, but the search function is not great, and I wish there was a way to get notified when something in our department was added/updated

Yes

I think in a large organization that wants to put all of their things in one place so every employee has the same access, it is very helpful. But you have to make sure everyone does put their documentation in there. It can also be tricky with how fast information/processes can be updated in a larger organization

If it is a smaller company, it may be easier to keep everything on shared docs vs Guru, unless things do not get updated frequently
