Overall Satisfaction with Guru
I use Guru to find answers to the customer queries as Guru consist of each and every updates and new about the product in a simplistic way. In my opinion Guru card are helping many business to solve the problems their customers are having on their end. Guru made my day to day tasks easier.
Pros
- Getting updates on time
- A simple and minimal User interface
- The option to add cards in a group which makes to find them on time easier.
Cons
- I suggest that Guru can make an addition by giving a notification when a Card is expired.
- Currently we can only favourite our cards, but it would be great to see if we make custom folders to have a card collection.
- Guru can improve their contact Support option.
- Guru's being doing it's work as per they claim
- In my opinion investing in Guru is the right choice
- As per my previous experience with other Knowledge base, I found Guru to be more useful and minimal.
