It makes my job more convenient as this tools was able to give a proper guideline and steps on how to resolve customers issue. A straightforward knowledge base design features intuitive navigation that makes it effortless to get answers.

- It was build upon itself to coalesce into an educational archive that's accessible and practical
- Gives relevant information and convenient to understand

- It could have been better if user's can get notification via email if there are some updates in Guru.
- It could have been better to get more particular title of each article that can be specific
- Guru could have improve the interface of the article
- Conversely, It focuses on acquiring theoretical understanding and conceptual knowledge, which may not always translate directly into practical skills
- It is educational, motivational, and organized
- It gives companies one central source of truth that all teams and departments can access. This means everyone refers to the same information and knows how other teams communicate with customers and prospects, leading to a more consistent, unified customer experience
